Your privacy matters

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, run a strategy session, or contact us. This includes: • Account data: email address, name, and password (hashed). • Usage data: strategy prompts, session history, Breakdown Panel outputs. • Payment data: processed by Stripe. We never store raw card numbers. • Device data: browser type, IP address, operating system, and referring URLs collected automatically via our servers and analytics tools.

We use your information to: • Provide, operate, and improve the BeeMad service. • Personalise strategy outputs and remember business context across sessions. • Send transactional emails (receipts, account notifications). • Send product updates if you have opted in. • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents. • Comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your strategy session content to train AI models without explicit consent.

We share your data only with: • Service providers who help us operate BeeMad (e.g., Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, Resend for email). All processors are bound by data processing agreements. • Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of BeeMad and its users. • Acquirers in the event of a merger or acquisition, with advance notice to you.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Strategy session data is retained for 12 months after your last activity and then automatically deleted unless you request earlier deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing privacy@beemad.in.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you. • Correct inaccurate data. • Delete your data (right to erasure). • Port your data to another service. • Object to certain processing (e.g., direct marketing). • Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent. To exercise any right, email privacy@beemad.in. We respond within 30 days.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure; please notify us immediately at security@beemad.in if you discover a vulnerability.

BeeMad is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at privacy@beemad.in and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, send you an email notification if you have an account with us.
