Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using BeeMad. These Terms govern your use of our website located at beemad.in and the BeeMad application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BeeMad (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding contract between you and BeeMad.
2. Description of Service
BeeMad is an AI-powered marketing strategy platform that helps founders, SMEs, and marketers generate ICP profiles, channel recommendations, content calendars, and campaign briefs through a conversational interface.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@beemad.in if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 16 years old to use BeeMad. Accounts created by automated means or bots are prohibited.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use BeeMad to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes any third-party rights. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models. • Resell or sublicense access to BeeMad without written permission. • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the security of our systems. • Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
5. Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain all rights to the business descriptions, prompts, and inputs you provide. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your inputs solely to provide the Service. Our content: The BeeMad platform, brand, and underlying technology are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission. Strategy outputs: Strategy outputs generated by BeeMad are owned by you. We make no warranty that outputs are free of third-party intellectual property claims.
6. Subscriptions & Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or our Refund Policy. We use Stripe for payment processing. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
7. Free Tier Limits
The Free plan includes 3 strategy chats per month. We reserve the right to modify Free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, without liability to you. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain anonymised usage data as permitted by our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that outputs are accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific business situation. Marketing strategy involves inherent uncertainty; results may vary.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeeMad's total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
